CL Sustaining Member:
A sustaining member is a member of Care Providers of Minnesota, a non-profit 501c6 trade association. Care Providers' members have created CARELINKusa as a free service to the public. All Association members are invited to provide detailed service and availability information to CARELINKusa to assist consumers and their agents in finding timely, appropriate services.

CARELINKusa Suscriber:
All licensed long-term care providers in Minnesota that are listed in CARELINKusa are eligible and invited to become Subscribers. Subscribers also supply CARELINKusa with a full set of service information, searchable by users for free.

All other long-term care providers who are neither members nor subscribers are listed in CARELINKusa. The system does not contain any detailed information about the services of these providers. The data is taken directly from the state of Minnesota's database, and is only as accurate as that database.
